St. Louis Cardinal's Winter Warm-Up
What a great weekend for St. Louis! Not only did fans have the chance to meet players, win Cardinal tickets and other great prizes, but there was also the opportunity to gather a few of the much sought after Christian Family Day testimony cards. Thousands of testimony cards were passed out. You soon can buy packs of these cards in our website store…check back soon!!

Watch for the new 2008 cards…available July 19th! Thanks to Frank & Laverne Whitmire and Jim Panhorst who donated Cardinal Photographs and a Cardinal Basket for a drawing to help raise money for the children of CFD.

Pro Hunt
January 20, 2007 created a bustle in the bushes around Nebo, IL as Danny Cox, Ken Dayley, Shawn Garrett, and Rich Hacker joined 12 other hunters, which included three father and son hunting teams along with our second female hunter for the 2007 Pro-Hunt, a ministry of Christian Family Day. The hunters enjoyed Heartland Lodge's four star accommodations and were pleased with the excellent pheasant and quail hunting. Several promotional items were provided by Winchester Ammo and The St. Louis Cardinals.

This year's guest speaker was fellow hunter Mark Thom. Mark was president of a popular Fortune 500 company which allowed him minimal time with his wife and children. After discovering a relationship with Jesus Christ he came to realize he needed to make God and his family a priority.

"I had a great time with great people, a great atmosphere, along with a great hunt!" commented a 2007 Pro-Hunt guest. Join us January 19, 2008, for the next Pro-Hunt.

1st Annual Winter Wingding
Wes Schilt’s of Albans, Ill is a Cardinal fan, loves kids and wanted to find a way to help Christian Family Day so he created an event to hold in his hometown and raised over $1,500 for kids. Many thanks to all of the people who donated food and items to help raise money. Thanks for their time, talents and money. With 200 people in the town Wes estimated 180 in attendance. Way to go Wes!
